The best tamales are made right here in New Mexico, using authentic, time-honored recipes. Ground corn is formed into a dough called masa and wrapped by hand in corn husks. Our tamales are filled with your choice of fresh local ingredients and fresh New Mexico chile. These tamales are large, not the little ones you see in other catalogs, and can be a meal in themselves. Chile peppers contain the ingredient Capsaicin, which provides a myriad of health benefits, are low in calories and speed up metabolism. Fresh green chile has twice the amount of Vitamin C as citrus.

Shipping
We usually ship each Tuesday and Wednesday, the week after you order. Our shipping charges are based on the area in which you live. Our normal shipping and handling charges apply. We do not tack on extra air shipping charges when you check out.
For the states of AZ. CA (900-937), CO, NM, NV (890-891). OK and TX we ship FedEx or UPS ground,. which arrives in 2 days. Our normal shipping and handling charges apply (which are calculated when you check out).
For all other areas (see map above) we ship via Priority Mail, unless you request otherwise. Through special arrangements with the US Postal Service, we are able to provide you with reliable 2-3 day delivery for most orders. UPS 2nd Day Air shipment is available for an extra charge.
