We have been shipping Fresh Green Chile for several years now, consistently giving our repeat customers a reason to buy from us again and again. This is a real hands-on experience for all of us who have a passion for the freshest, most flavorful chile peppers.

During the local growing season (July-October) we ship fresh green chile from our crops in Southern New Mexico.

This year, for the first time, we are able to ship #1 Premium Grade Fresh Green Chile during the months of November-March. This green chile is shipped to us fresh from our neighbors in Mexico and is fully inspected by the USDA. Our Mexican Chile is the next best thing to chile grown in New Mexico, and you’ll be delighted with the quality and flavor.

And, as usual, we inspect and carefully pack each and every shipment we send out.

Use it in all your favorite foods: burritos, salsa, green chile enchiladas, guacamole, chile verde, etc..., or on grilled steaks and hamburgers. Roasting instructions and recipes are included. Chile peppers contain the ingredient Capsaicin, which provides a myriad of health benefits, are low in calories and speed up metabolism. Fresh green chile has twice the amount of Vitamin C as citrus.

Choose from Two Flavors

Medium = A meaty, medium heat chile and with large pods. Great middle tier heat flavor for those who think that mild is wimpy and extra hot is insane. Great for chile rellenos.

Hot = Comparable in size to our Medium, but hotter. Similar in heat to Sandia, this hot one is a favorite for use in a variety of traditional New Mexican recipes. You have to be pretty cool to try this hot one. Perfect for salsas and on grilled meats.
